Surrogate

Under the Surrogacy Regulation Act 2021, an Indian woman who is between 25 to 35 years can be a surrogate. A surrogate mother needs to be physically and psychologically fit, and she can never be a surrogate more than once in her lifetime. Intended parents

Under the Surrogacy Regulation Act 2021, the intended parents need to be legally married, and the wife should be between 23 to 50 years, and the husband should be between 26 to 55.
